付構造において、円弧状に突出形成した円弧凸部に、円
弧凸部の円周方向に延びるプレース挿通用長孔を穿設す
るとともに、円弧凸部の両端に、外側方向に延びる平板
状の固着部を連設してプレースブラケットを形成し、こ
のプレースブラケットを、対向する一方の枠フレームの
所定位置に開口するプレース挿通孔を跨ぐように枠フレ
ームの外側面に配置して固着させて成り、対向する他方
の枠フレームに一端が止着されているプレースの他方の
端に形成されたねじ部を、前述枠フレームのプレース挿
通孔に通し、さらに、プレースブラケットのプレース挿
通用長孔に通して突出したねじ部にナツトを螺合させて
