外周に複数のバックアッププレートを当接し、該バック
アッププレートの外周を相対する一対の支持フレームで
支持すると共に、該支持フレー、ムの両端にハンガーフ
レームを連結して、上−記バツクアッププレートの外周
と支持フレーム及びハンガーフレームの間に電磁コイル
を配設し、さらに、上記鋼壁の外周とバックアッププレ
ートの間に冷却水通路を形成すると共に、上記鋼壁の角
部とバックアッププレートの端部との間に冷却水通路を
密閉するパツキンを介設し、さらに、上記鋼壁の角部内
にパツキン用冷却水通路を上記パツキンと鋼壁内面との
間に位置するように設けて、上記パツキンに伝わる鋼壁
内面からの熱を減少させるようにしたことを特徴とする
