Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable to use a floor panel in common for various specifications, by providing the floor panel with a plurality of different types of sheet-fitting holes. CONSTITUTION:To fit a sheet S1, it is fixed by engaging bolts 10a, 10b, 10d into welded nuts 7a, 7b, 7d by utilizing fitting holes 4a, 4b and bolt-passing holes 6a, 6b, 6d. In this case, although a fitting hole 4c and a bolt-passing hole 6c remain opened, they are covered by a closed cross section part 8b provided on the back side of the floor panel 1, so that it is possible to prevent splashes, dusts or the like from penetrating into the interior of the vehicle, without needing specially to apply any sealing member such as a grommet.

For this reason, it is possible to use the same type of floor panel, but due to the difference in seat mounting position depending on the specifications and car model, it is necessary to use a dedicated floor panel with seat mounting holes formed to match the corresponding seat. Unfortunately, as a result, not only the number of presses is increased, but also the number of man-hours required for parts management on the automobile assembly line is large.
This has the disadvantage of affecting assembly workability due to rapid movement, which is disadvantageous in terms of cost and productivity.

In one seat arrangement part of the floor panel 1, in addition to mounting holes 4d and 4e for the bench type seat 83, mounting holes 4f and 4g for the split type seat 84 and seat mounting holes for a different type of split type seat Ss are provided. Holes 4h and 4it are formed. On the back side of this floor panel 1, there is a closed cross-section part 8d that extends through the mounting holes 4d to 41 for fixing the front side of each seat, and a closed cross-section part that extends to the mounting holes 4d to 41 for fixing the rear side of each seat. 8e and tube configuration. These closed cross section parts 8d, 8e
As in the case of the previous embodiment, it is constructed by straight molding or by using a cross member.

Therefore, in the case of this embodiment, as shown in FIG. Hole 4f ~ 41 company opened t-ttoru. Also, the same figure (B)
As shown in the figure, the split type seat Baf: For the specification vehicle to which it is installed, it is fixed using the mounting holes 4d, 4f, 4e, and 4gt, and the other mounting holes 4h and 41 remain open. Furthermore, as shown in the same figure (0), the heterogeneous division type sea)
For vehicles with Sse installation specifications, fix using mounting holes 4 (L, 4h, 4e, 41), and fix using mounting holes 4f, 4.
g remains open. Therefore, even if it appears that the mounting holes other than those for specific seats are left open in the car models manufactured by the above companies, these mounting holes are located behind the closed cross-section parts 8d and 8e on the back of the floor panel. This makes it possible to prevent splashes and dust from entering the interior of the vehicle without the need for special grommets.

As described above, according to the present invention, since a plurality of different types of seat mounting holes are formed in the floor panel, the same floor panel can be used in common for vehicle models with different specifications for seat mounting positions. Since the above-mentioned mounting holes are the core of the closed section on the back of the floor panel, sealing performance is not impaired even if unused mounting holes are specially sealed, resulting in a significant cost reduction. In addition, it is possible to reduce the number of man-hours for parts management by two and the number of man-hours for assembly work. Also, like this, the closed cross section t of the seat mounting hole 'ea'
- By constructing the closed section, the closed cross section also functions as a strength member of the floor, so it is a great practical advantage that the strength of the floor will not be impaired at all even if all the mounting holes for multiple types of seats are formed. have an effect.
