Abstract

シア2を内側かC補強する金属製のレインフォース3と
からなっていて、ステイ4を介して図外の車体に組付け
るよう罠なっている。この樹脂製バンパーIKあっても
、図示のようにランプ等の電装部品5を組込む場合があ
るが、この場合、ハーネス6を例えば図示するようにス
テイ4に取付けた樹脂クリップ7で保持して図外のエン
ジンルーム側に引き込んで配線しているが、電装部品5
のコネクタ一部5aとクリップ7との間隔が大きい場合
や、バンパー1の裏面にハーネス6を配設する場合には
ハーネス6がバンパー1後側部周辺に垂れ下がって品質
感をおとしてしまうばかりでなく断線を誘発するおそれ
があった。それを防止するためKは、バンパー1自体に
もクリップ7等を取付けなければならず、部品点数及び
作業工数が増加するという問題点があった。

に設定しであると共に、前記端末開口部分はハーネス6
を押込み挿入し易いように一開成形しである。従って、
ハーネス6をスリット9に押し込めば、立上り緑2aが
スリット9部分で弾性変形して該ハーネス6の挿入を許
容し、貫通孔8に簡単に挿入、保持させることができる
。ここで、スリット9を立上り緑2a端末よシストレー
トに霞通孔8中心に設けずに、第3図示のようにit通
孔8中心とオフセットして設ければハーネス6が抜けに
くくなり、ハーネス6の保持をより確実に行うことがで
きる。

く、シかも、格別にハーネス保持クリップを用い々〈て
も済むので部品点数が嵩んだり、作業工数が増大するこ
ともないという実用上天なる効果を有する。
