Claims

A pair of pipe posts 2 are hung vertically at appropriate intervals on the left and right sides of the lower surface of the mounting plate 1, and a rod 3 is installed between the lower parts of both pipe posts 2.

A plurality of locking holes 10 into which the locking holes 9 are engaged are provided at appropriate intervals vertically in the tube column 2, and the locking holes 10 are formed by leading out the receiving portion 10b in the circumferential direction from the upper part of the vertically oriented locking portion 10a. By expanding the tube wall 2b across the plurality of upper and lower locking holes 10 of each tube column 2, a groove 11 is formed in the tube wall 2b through which the locking pin 9 can pass.
