Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）四重積形電極の対向する２組の電極対の一方にグ
    ロー放電用電源を接続し且つ他方の電極対を接地する端
    子を有する電源切換回路を備えたことを特徴とする四重
    様質量分析装置。
  2. （２）前記電源切換回路が、２組の電極対の一方にグロ
    ー放電用電源を接続し他方の電極対を接地する第１の位
    置と、前記一方の電極対を接地し他方の電極対にグロー
    放電用電源を接続する第２の位置との間で移動可能であ
    る実用新案登録゛　　請求の範囲第１項に記載の四重様
    質量分析装置。
