Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）　　絶縁材を介して２つの電極を配置し、液中に
    浸漬してその液の電気抵抗を検知する液抵抗検知用電極
    装置において、前記２つの電極がコツエライトからなる
    ことを特徴とする液抵抗検知用電極装置。
  2. （２）前記電極は、円筒状又は角筒状の外側電極と該外
    側電極の中心部に配置された円柱状、半円柱状又は角柱
    状の内側電極とからなることを特徴とする実用新案登録
    請求の範囲第（１）項記載の液抵抗検知用電極装置。
  3. （３）前記内側電極及び外側電極は、両電極間の絶゛縁
    を兼ねた内側固定部材及び外筐を兼ねた外側固定部材に
    より保持固定され、かつ、前記各電極と各固定部材との
    間に液浸入防止のためのシール部材を配するとともに、
    固定部材の内部空間に樹脂を充填してなることを特徴と
    する実用新案登録請求の範囲第（２）項記載の液抵抗検
    知用電極装置。
