Conventionally, in order to make this type of packaging box convenient for carrying, the cushioning body is provided with a hand grip, and the outer box is provided with a finger insertion portion consisting of an insertion hole, etc. that corresponds to the grip of the cushioning body. It is set up.

However, although the handle is generally placed in a position where the left and right sides are balanced when carried in the hand, it is rare for the packaged item to be symmetrical, and the center of gravity of the package may be biased to either the left or right side. This is the reality.

For this reason, the hand grip portion and the insertion portion are also provided offset to either the left or right side. Therefore, if the shock absorber is accidentally stored in the outer box with the left and right sides reversed, the position of the insertion portion and the hand grip portion may be offset. The present invention has been developed in view of the above circumstances, and its purpose is to form a protrusion on the end face of the shock absorber, and to form a protrusion on the flap of the outer box so that when the opening of the outer box is closed by the flap, the protrusion is formed on the end face of the buffer body. By forming a cutout that fits into the outer box, it is possible to clearly confirm the normal storage state of the shock absorber in the outer box with a simple configuration, and there is no risk of accidentally storing the shock absorber in the outer box. To provide a packaging box that can be packaged in a state in which a handle part and an insertion part of an outer box are always aligned.

以下本考案の一実施例を図面に基づいて説明する。An embodiment of the present invention will be described below based on the drawings.

6 is a notch formed in the center of the tip edge of the upper flap 2;
, 8 is a notch formed in a slightly upwardly biased part of each tip edge of both the left and right flaps 4, 5, and by bending the upper and lower flaps 2°3 inward, and then folding both the left and right flaps 4, 5 into upper and lower flaps. When folded so as to overlap 2 and 3, the edges of the left and right flaps 4 and 5 abut against each other, the opening 1a of the outer box 1 is closed, and the notches 7 and 8 are inserted into the upper flap 2. It is adapted to match the notch 6.

The shock absorber 9 is a two-part shock absorber, and inside the shock absorber 9, an object to be packaged, such as a disassembled electric fan, is stored so as to be sandwiched between upper and lower shock absorbers 10 and 11.

Reference numeral 13 denotes a protrusion integrally formed at the lower center of one end surface of the buffer member 9, for example, one end surface of the upper buffer member 10, and when the buffer member 9 is stored in the outer box 1 and the flaps 2 to 5 are closed, the notch is formed. 6

In addition, the thickness of the protrusion 13 is set to be approximately equal to the thickness of the two flaps to be overlapped to prevent the protrusion 13 from protruding from the outer box 1, and the width of the protrusion 13 is set to be less than the width of the sealing tape 14. It is set small so that the protrusion 13 and the notch 6.7.8 can be hidden by the sealing tape 14.

The handhold recess 15 is formed at a position where the weight of the left and right sides is balanced when the electric fan is housed in the buffer body 9.
This handhold recess 15 is formed at a position shifted to the left in the figure from the center of the upper buffer member 10 because the heavy fan head (not shown) is stored, for example, on the left in the figure. There is.

Note that when the insertion portion 17 is cut along the perforations as described above, the tongue piece 18 hangs down inside the handhold recess 15, but the groove 20 continues into the handhold recess 15. is formed, and the tongue piece 18 comes to come out from the handhold recess 15 via this groove 20, so it does not become a hindrance when taking out the buffer body 9 from the outer box 1.

According to this embodiment, the protrusion 13 is formed on one end surface of the buffer body 9, and the protrusion 13 is fitted into each of the left and right flaps 2, 4.5 above the opening surface 1a of the outer box 1. Since the notches 6, 7.8 are formed respectively, when the shock absorber 9 is stored in the outer box 1 in a normal state, the protrusion 13 is formed in the notches 6, 7.8.
7.8, so you can visually confirm that it is in a normal storage state.

Furthermore, if the shock absorber 9 is accidentally stored in the outer box 1 in the opposite state, the protrusion 13 will not appear at the notch 6°7.8, and if the flaps 2 to 5 are folded inward in this state, , the buffer body 9 extends by an amount equivalent to the thickness of the protrusion 13 on the opening surface 1a of the outer box 1.
Since the flaps 2 to 5 are not folded properly and protrude from the top, they are unnaturally raised, so it can be confirmed that the stored state is reversed.

Therefore, even if the buffer body 9 is stored in the reverse position, the user will immediately notice this and re-store it correctly, and there will be no possibility that the packaging will be completed while the buffer body 9 is stored in the reverse position.

In addition, the protrusion 13 can be molded integrally with the buffer body 9 by providing a recess for the shape of the protrusion 13 in the molding that forms the buffer body 9, and the notch 6 of the flap 2, 4.5.
7.8 can be formed by only slightly modifying the punching die of the flap, so the protrusion 13 and notches 6, 7 can be formed by using a conventional molding and punching die and making only slight modifications thereto.
.. 8 can be easily configured.

Furthermore, in the case where the storage work of storing the buffer body 9 in the outer box 1 is automated instead of manual work, the presence of the protrusion 13 in the notches 6, 7.8 is detected using, for example, a sensor. Since the correct storage direction can be confirmed by this, it is possible to easily cope with the transition to automation.

In this embodiment, the protrusion 13 is formed at a location that coincides with the abutting portion of both the left and right flaps 4 and 5, but the location of the protrusion is not limited to this, and may be formed anywhere on the end surface of the buffer body 9. In this case, the notch is of course formed in the flap corresponding to the position of the protrusion.

As explained above, the present invention is characterized in that a protrusion is formed on the end face of the buffer body, and a notch is formed in the flap into which the protrusion fits when the opening of the outer box is closed by the flap. As a result, when the shock absorber is stored in the outer box and the flap is closed, it is possible to confirm that the shock absorber is properly stored by confirming that the protrusion fits into the notch of the flap. If the cushioning body is stored in the opposite direction, the notch becomes a hole when the flap is closed, so it can be confirmed that the storage direction is reversed, and the cushioning body can be sealed while being stored in the opposite direction in the outer box. Therefore, it is possible to provide a packaging box that has extremely practical effects, such as being able to realize this with a simple configuration and without any fear.
