図中、１は電気グラインダー、２は電動機、３゜４は研
削砥石、８は筐体、９はブロワ−用電動機、１０はファ
ン、δｄは排気口、１１はバッグ式フィルター、１２は
芯材、１３は第１のフィルタ一部材、１６は第２のフィ
ルタ一部材である。なお、図中、同一符号は同一または
