Claims

[Scope of utility model registration request]

(1) A coil frame formed into a cylindrical shape made of flexible synthetic resin and having a primary coil and a secondary coil wound around its outer circumferential surface, and a core inserted into the coil frame so as to be movable along the axial direction. A transformer case is formed into a cylindrical shape made of metal and has a coil frame housed therein approximately coaxially, and a transformer case is formed into a cylindrical shape made of metal and has an inner diameter approximately equal to the outer diameter of the transformer case, and the transformer case is housed therein approximately coaxially. A flange having an outer diameter approximately equal to the inner diameter of the housing extends integrally from one axial end edge of the coil frame, and a claw piece extends from one axial end edge of the housing. Then, one axial end of the transformer case is locked to a stopper protruding inside the housing, and the outer peripheral edge of the flange is held between the inwardly folded claw piece and the other axial end edge of the transformer case. A differential transformer in which the coil frame is held within the housing by being clamped.

(2) Utility Model Registration Scope of Claims In the differential transformer according to claim 1, a plurality of the claw pieces are formed along the circumferential direction of the housing, and the claw pieces are provided in the axial direction of the transformer case on the opening edge of the transformer case that abuts the flange. The same number of protrusions as the claw pieces are protruded along the transformer case, and the transformer case is arranged so that the protrusions correspond to the positions between the circumferentially adjacent claw pieces. The flange is held in a position corresponding to the recess between the mating protrusions in such a way that it is pressed toward the inside of the recess by a claw piece.

(3) Utility Model Registration The differential transformer according to claim 1 or 2, wherein a backing made of an elastic material is interposed between the flange and the claw piece.
