    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 電動アクチュエータの駆動位置を検出する検出部と、こ
    の検出部の検出出力をディジタル変換するアナログ−デ
    ィジタル変換器と、そのディジタル変換した信号を外部
    からの目標信号と比換演算する演算回路とを備え、この
    演算回路の出力に基づいて、上記電動アクチュエータを
    所定位置に駆動する様にした電動アクチュエータに於て
    、上記検出部を光電変換装置で構成し、電動アクチュエ
    ータとしてパルスモータを使用したことを特徴とする電
    動アクチュエータの制御装置。
