導体２と、該Ｐ形半導体とＮ形半導体の中間回路に配置
され温度変化に応じて伸縮する第１の伸縮部材３と、Ｐ
形半導体とＮ形半導体の少な（とも一方に隣接し直流電
源との中間回路に配置されて温度変化に応じて伸縮する
第２の伸縮部材４と、Ｐ形半導体とＮ形半導体の少なく
とも一方に装着されると共に第１の伸縮部材と第２の伸
縮部材の伸縮に応じて可動する可動体５と、該可動体に
装着されて流体流路を開閉制御する弁体６とを備え、Ｐ
形半導体とＮ形半導体に印加される直流電圧の極性を制
御することによって第１の伸縮部材と第２の伸縮部材を
