容器胴体の内面に形成された溝及び該溝内に溶着された
軟鋼溶接金属部の断面形状を示す図、第４図は本考案の
一実施例である圧力容器の一部断面図である。

Claims (1)
さの直径を有する断面半円状の溝と、該溝内に溶着され
た軟鋼溶接金属部と、該軟鋼溶接金属部の位置に後続肉
盛溶接金属の重ね部が配置されるようにして帯状電極サ
ブマージアーク溶接法によってオーステナイト系ステレ
ス鋼でなる肉盛溶接金属を溶接してなる該容器胴体の内
面上に備えられた肉盛溶接層とを具備することを特徴と
するオーステナイト系ステンレス鋼でなる肉盛溶接層を
備えた圧力容器。A groove having a semicircular cross section with a predetermined diameter provided on the inner surface of a container body made of low alloy steel, a mild steel weld metal part welded within the groove, and a position of the mild steel weld metal part.
