Traditionally, many artificial woods have been used in place of natural wood as materials for large boards such as tables, and recently, with the development of molding technology, it has become possible to utilize the characteristics of artificial wood while also having the appearance of natural wood. Artificial wood tops of comparable high quality are now available and are now being used as table and desk tops.

However, the artificial wood top boards provided are made of laminated plywood or solidified chips such as particle board and have the required rigidity, and this may be due to the development of synthetic resin molding technology. However, artificial wood top plates made of synthetic resin foam have not yet been put into practical use.

Artificial wood made of synthetic resin foam can be laminated with rigid board materials such as plywood to provide strength that can withstand use, so it is widely used as furniture material. In some cases, it is necessary to fix n directly to this, and since it is fixed with wood screws or bolts, stable fixation must be obtained by receiving the screws and bolts. The present invention focuses on the electric properties and low cost of synthetic resin foam, and the present invention uses this synthetic resin foam as a core material and attaches surface board materials such as thin plywood to both sides. This product was researched and developed with the aim of using laminated artificial wood boards as a table top material, and its main purpose is to attach surface boards to both sides of a synthetic resin foam. A through hole is opened in the lower surface plate material of the molded top plate, and a blind hole-like recess is formed in the inner layer foam by passing through the hole, and the molten thermosetting synthetic resin is poured into this recess. By filling and hardening, the screw receiver forms a part, and this screw receiver is used for fixing the legs of tables, desks, etc. directly to the bottom surface of the top plate with screws or bolts. The purpose is to provide a top plate.

That is, the present invention enables direct fixation of screws to the main body of the top plate by forming thermosetting synthetic resin screw receivers in the soft synthetic resin foam portion that constitutes the inner layer of the top plate. This makes it possible to attach the legs in the same way as with conventional top plates made of laminated plywood. Below, we will discuss the fully illustrated embodiment of the present invention. FIG.
A through hole 5 is opened in the bottom side surface plate material 3 (upper side in the drawing) of the top plate main body 1 which is formed into a no-shaped shape by attaching a hole 4, and a through hole 5 is formed in the core plate 2 through the entire through hole. This is a perspective view showing an example of a top plate according to the VC of the present invention in cross section, in which a recess 6 is formed, and the recess is filled with molten epoxy resin and hardened to form a screw receiver part 7. be.

Although the main body 1 of the top plate 1 is not shown, the surface plates 3 and 4 are set in a fixed formwork at intervals and opposed to each other, and polyisocyanate, polyol, foaming agent,
It is formed by injecting and foaming a stock solution made by appropriately stirring and mixing catalysts, stabilizers, etc. At the same time as the core plate 2 is formed by this foaming, both surface plates 3.4 are integrated with both sides of the core plate 20 due to their adhesive strength. This will form the main part of the top plate.

3- In the main body of the top plate thus formed, a through hole 5 is opened in one surface plate material 3, and a recess 6t is formed in the foam core plate 2 through this through hole. This recess 6 is as shown in the second factor.
It will be provided in correspondence with the mounting position of the screw 10 provided on the mounting plate 9 of the ill18, and the epoxy resin screw receiver filled in this has a tapered shape that expands in diameter toward the back in order to stabilize the part 7. It is best to form it into a shape.

The main body 1 of the top plate is made of a core plate 20 of polystyrene foam that has been formed to the required thickness in advance, and a surface plate material of 3.4 tons is attached with adhesive on both sides.
It is molded by adhesive bonding. After this molding, a through hole 5 is opened in one of the surface plates 3 and a blind hole-shaped recess 6 is formed in the core plate 2 in the same manner as in the previous embodiment. A thermosetting synthetic resin is filled and hardened to form the screw receiver group 7. Also, will this be implemented?
In ll, the recesses 6 can be formed by applying an organic solvent to the core plate 2 through the through holes 5 and dissolving the polystyrene. The top plate of the present invention is constructed as described above, The main part of the top plate is made of a metal core plate made of foam, but the surface is reinforced with a surface plate material such as plywood, so it has the strength to withstand use as a material and also has the above-mentioned characteristics. Since the foam core plate is provided with a screw holder 7 made of hard and rigid thermosetting synthetic resin such as epoxy resin, it is possible to directly mount the screw for fixing the legs, and furthermore, In addition, since it can be held, it is possible to assemble a stiff table or desk, and it is possible to provide a top plate that is comparable to a large plate made of a conventional laminated base plate.

Of course, since the top plate according to the present invention is made entirely of synthetic resin foam, it is lighter than a top plate made of a laminated baseboard or a natural wood board, and the foam itself does not deform, so the top plate does not bend. This is extremely advantageous due to the fact that it is difficult to produce such a product, and since the materials are easily available and the manufacturing process is easy, it has the advantage of being able to be provided at a low price.

Incidentally, in the embodiment, the case where the screw receiver part 7 is formed into a substantially truncated conical shape is shown, but since the screw receiver part is provided in relation to the leg, and in particular, the attachment of the leg is provided corresponding to the structure, It goes without saying that the shape, number, etc. thereof are not limited to those shown in the examples.
