Abstract

PURPOSE:To simplify the relay processing for a conference call by providing a call bus forming means which can connect the subscribers each other, and applying the central processing to the call between subscribers via an exchange and in accordance with the call carried out between both subscribers. CONSTITUTION:An operator 4 accepts a request for conference call and selects one of sound mixing trunks 3 for conference. Then an exchange certificate is produced by regarding a subscriber number of the trunk 3 as the calling subscriber. A called subscriber A1 is called via a call bus 1a, and the trunk 3 is called as a calling subscriber. Then the calling and called subscribers are connected each other. The calling subscriber number is increased by one, and the subscriber A2 is connected to the trunk 3 in the same procedure. This procedure is repeated to connect temporarily all subscribers A1-An to a conference trunk 3. Thus the subscribers A1-An can call each other via the conference trunk 3 through the exchange processing corresponding to a general call carried out by a central processor of an electronic exchange based on the exchange certificate.

Conventionally, in order to fulfill the conference handling function, conference participants A□~A
A switching relay system as shown in FIG. 1 is adopted in which all the lines of N are routed through the network 1 into the dedicated conference audio mixed trunk 3 of the switchboard 2, and the operator 4 connects these subscribers. was. However, with this relay method, the console 2 remains occupied for a long time until the conference call ends, and unlike a general call that connects two parties, the distance between conference participants is usually 3 Å or more. However, there are many inconveniences, such as the need to prepare a dedicated program to connect these conference participants. One way to solve this problem is to provide a common conference audio mixed trunk 3 as shown in Fig. 2, and have the operator 4 sequentially call all conference participants A1 to An using the call path shown by the broken line. We have proposed a relay method in which, after this call, the operator 4 instructs each call to be reconnected to the call path shown by the solid line. However, even in this relay system, there are still many dedicated program tubes for switching, and no major improvements have been made.

The conference switching relay system of the present invention is a conference switching relay system in which one handler conducts mutual conversation among subscribers with a distance of at least 3 Å, and the MtJ record handler provides a -1) conference audio link trunk. is regarded as a caller making a call to each of the above-mentioned subscribers, and a communication system configuration means is provided that can connect the subscribers to each other via a voice mixed trunk using the MiJ report. The system includes centrally processing subscriber-to-subscriber calls in the same way as calls between two parties in accordance with a plurality of exchange calls created in connection with a call. The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 3 is a conference switching relay system diagram showing an embodiment of the present invention. When the operator 4 receives a request for a conference call, it immediately selects one of the conference call mixed voice trunks 3. The trunk 3 is given a subscriber number in advance, and the handler 4 creates an exchange card assuming that all the callers are callers. Next, one of the subscription notifications, for example, A1, is called as the called party via the telephone path /a, and is called as the calling party of the second-C conference trunk 3r. Once both call paths are established, the two parties will make a connection using the same procedure as a normal call between two parties. The call path at this time is switched to /b. The handler 4 connects the current subscriber A2, but adds 1 to the calling party number as the calling party number of the call at this time, creates the same exchange card, and performs the same procedure as above. According to the procedure, the subscriber and the conference trunk 3 are connected.

By once connecting all subscribers A1 to A to the conference trunk 3 in this way, the operator 4 can perform an exchange similar to a general call based on the exchange card, which is performed by the central processing unit of the electronic converter. In the process, all subscribers A1 to An can communicate with each other via the conference trunk 3.

As described in detail above, according to the present invention, it is possible to
However, it is possible to provide a conference call relay function with the same processing as for general calls, so there is no need to prepare a dedicated program for conference calls, and even when adding conference machine fj1 to an existing exchange Since a conference relay system can be easily configured by simply installing a conference switchboard separately, this system has the effect of providing extremely flexibility in the configuration of in-office equipment.
