板の上段を組立てるときに高所作業となり作業条件が悪
くなるだめ高品質を要する内槽については品質水準の維
持が困難になるとともK作業に危険が伴うという問題点
があった。本発明はこれらの問題点の解決を目的として
、内槽側板の組立てはジャッキアップ工法によシ行い、
内槽側板の上に取付けた内槽屋根のそのまだ上に外槽屋
根を組立てておいて内槽側板をジャノキアソプするとき
に外槽屋根も同時にジャッキアソプして内槽側板の組立
てと並行して外槽側板を下段から上段へと積上げ方式で
組立てるとともに底部保冷の施工及びその上への内槽底
板の組立て取付けを行うことを特徴とするものである。

プエ法で終始低い位置で組立て溶接作業を行うので安全
でしかも良い品質のものが得られるなど顕著な効果があ
る。
