Claims (1)
ジェットノズルを設け、メインオイルギヤラリ−からの
前記オイルジェットノズルに通じるオイル通路の途中に
所定の固定ばね受けとの間に介装した圧縮ばねにより常
時通路閉鎖方向に付勢されたチェックバルブを備えてな
るオイルジェット式のピストン冷却装置において、前記
チェックバルブと固定ばね受けとの間に、前記オイル通
路の液密を保持しながら前記チェックバルブの変位方向
に沿い所定範囲で往復摺動するピストン部材を設け、該
ピストン部材と前記チェックバルブとの間に第１の圧縮
ばねを介装し、かつ、ピストン部材と前記固定ばね受け
との間に第２の圧縮ばねを介装すると共に、前記第１の
圧縮ばねのばね定数を第２の圧縮ばねをばね定数より小
さく設定せしめたことを特徴とするピストン冷却装置。An oil jet nozzle directed toward the lower surface of the piston is provided below the piston, and a compression spring is interposed between a predetermined fixed spring receiver and an oil passage leading from the main oil gear rally to the oil jet nozzle.
