持された軸に、一方が偏心カムを形成するとともにカム
形状終了部に突起を有し、他方に角棒状をなしたテコが
前記軸を介して回動可能に設けられた固定ベースと、可
動型及び押し棒が設置され、該押し棒は前記テコの角棒
部に向かって垂設されるとともに、その先端部には前記
テコの角棒部を押しつける支点が配設された可動型ベー
スと、フランジ付き棒形状をなし、固定型を貫通し摺動
可能に配置され、一端が製品ユリア樹脂パターンのアン
ダーカット部形状をなし、他端のフランジ部は前記偏心
カム部と当接し、さらに固定型に凹設された座ぐり部に
配置されたスプリングによって、抜出方向に付勢された
スライド入子から構成される、アンダーカット形状部を
有する製品ユリア樹脂パターン成形釜型であって、型閉
時には、前記押し棒先端部の支点がテコの角棒部を押し
、これによって、テコの偏心カム部がスプリング力に抗
してスライド入子を押して、スライド入子の先端部が製
品ユリア樹脂パターンのアンダーカット部となって製品
キャビティを形成し、型開き時には、前記押し棒が可動
型ベースとともに上昇して、スライド入子がスプリング
力によって、抜出方向に摺動することにより、スライド
入子のフランジ面が、偏心カム部を移動して、突起部に
達すると停止することを特徴としたユリア樹脂パターン
