Claims (1)
有する溶接トーチのうちのノズルのみを着脱するノズル
着脱工具と、残量されたチップ及び着脱工具のノズルを
それぞれクリーニングするクリーニング工具とを具備し
、前記ノズル着脱工具は一方に駆動ローラが、他方に従
動ローラがそれぞれ設けられた一対のレバーを有する開
閉自在なハンドと、該ハンドを上下動させる機構と、前
記ハンドを前後動させる機構とから構成され、かつ前記
クリーニング工具は前記ノズル内に回転自在に挿入され
るカギ状治具、内側用ブラシ及び前記ノズルの外面に回
転しながら接触する外側用ブラシを有するノズルクリー
ニングヘッドと、前記チップ外面に回転しながら接触す
るブラシを有するチップクリーニングヘッドと、これら
ノズルクリーニングヘッド及びチップクリーニングヘッ
ドを上下動させる機構と、これらノズルクリーニングヘ
ッド及びチップクリーニングヘッドを前後動させる機構
とから構成されることを特醜とするアーク溶接ロボット
