Claims (1)

中央部にスクリューシフターを嵌合すると共に、スクリ
ューシャフトに螺合せしめて上段懸架移動機構を形成し
、更にスライダー下部の右にスクリューピースを螺合し
た右ねじスピンドルスクリューと、左にスクリューピー
スを螺合した左ねじスピンドルスクリューをそレソレ内
装した左右−組のローラーホルダーが下段懸架され、上
記左右のスピンドルスクリューは、スプラインシャフト
と摺動自由に嵌合して左右対称に配置されて相対的に相
反方向に可変作動する圧延材抱合案内形態のローラーガ
イド機構を形成し、上記左右のローラーホルダーにはガ
イドローラーが左右一対、前後に二対エキセンローラー
ピンにて軸装着され、イの下端部に右方布ねじ歯車、左
方左ねじ歯車を左右各−組としてスプラインソケットと
シャフトにて軸方向摺動自在に嵌入結合せしめてねじ小
歯車の回動と共にローラー抱合面間隔を左右連動して相
対的に相反方向に可変作動するよう構成し、一方、上段
スクリューと下段スピンドルスクリューフランジを嵌着
結合せしめ、二重懸架式上段下段単独摺動機構を構成す
ると共に、上段スクリューシャフトと下段スプラインシ
ャフトの各軸端には適当な減速伝導装置を経て、上段駆
動源と下段駆動源とを連結せしめ、上段駆動源を駆動す
ることにより左右一対のローラーガイド全体を作動して
ローラ軸方向に大移動させ孔型切替含む設定を行うと共
に、下段駆動源を駆動することにより左右一対のローラ
ーホルダー抱合間隔を孔型中心に振分は相反方向に作動
して抱含量を調節設定するよう構成したことを特徴とす
