Abstract

PURPOSE:To simplify the photographing operation by storing automatically the image of a subject in a full effecitve memory range of a frame memory by means of both video and scan signals at a spot formed at a single end part of the subject. CONSTITUTION:A blanking pulse (a) is supplied to one side of an AND circuit 20, and a pulse (b) having the width little larger than the pulse (a) is produced through a monostable multivibrator 22 and supplied to the terminal of one side of an AND circuit 23. A terminal of the circuit 20 is supplied to the other terminal of the circuit 23 via an inverter 21; while the other terminal of the circuit 20 is supplied to the terminal R of an FF 24. The output of the circuit 20 is connected to the terminal S of the FF 24. The circuit 20 delivers ''1'' with input of the pulse (a) when ''1'' is not supplied to the circuit 23 by the video signal (d) of a spot and the pulse (b) of the monostable multivibrator 22. Then the FF 24 is set and ''1'' is delivered from Q' to turn on a transistor 25. Then the signal (d) is recorded in a full range of a frame memory. Under such conditions, a motor 29 is stopped.

The operation of this device will be explained with reference to FIG. The object 11 has a spot 10 such as a lamp at one end of the object 11.
This is provided. When this subject 11 is photographed with a television camera 22 equipped with an electric zoom lens l (the focal length of the zoom lens is set to the shortest setting), a dotted line containing a spot (black circle) appears on the screen 13 of the television monitor 6. A screen of (X3, Y) of memory 12 is obtained in the frame memory.
a), spot 11 is stored as 1''.Here, when the focal length of the electric zoom lens 1 is operated in the long direction, the screen 13 of the monitor television 6 will be enlarged, and finally spot 11 (black circle) A screen marked ■ surrounded by a solid line including
) is stored as "1". Therefore, the series of operations described above can be automatically performed via the controller 4. A specific example of the controller 4 that implements these operations is shown in FIG.

Note that the electric zoom lens 1 has other adjustment mechanisms such as focus and iris in addition to the focal length adjustment mechanism, but these will be omitted from this description. The operations of the controller 4 and the electric zoom lens drive section 3 will be explained below. The blanking pulse a is input to one side of the AND circuit 20, and this signal is passed through the one-shot multi 22 as shown in FIG.
A pulse b with a slightly wider width is generated and input to one side of the pAND circuit 23. The spot video signal d is input to the other side of the AND circuit 23. Here, one of the outputs of the AND circuit 23 is input to the other of the AND circuit 20 via the inverter 21, and the other is the R (reset side) of the flip 70 knob 24.
Enter. The output of the AND circuit 2o is connected to 8 (set side) of the flip-flop 24. AND circuit 2o
When the spot video signal d and the output signal b of the one-shot multi 22 do not simultaneously input FILM to the AND circuit 23, the blanking pulse a is manually output as "1". Here, the flip-flop 24 is set and outputs 1'' from the controller, turning on the relay 25, energizing the relay 27, and closing the contact point of the relay 27.The motor 29 for driving the optical zoom lens is activated. Here, we will explain the case when the zoom-in/zoom-out changeover switch 30 is set to zoom-in/(normal rotation), but the same applies to the case of zoom-out (reverse rotation). The spot video signal d is the norm d
At the same time, it becomes '1', the output of the AND circuit 23 becomes '1', the flip-flop 24 is reset, and the terminal becomes 60'. stops. In other words, the spot video signal d is placed at the frame memory position.
When this is recorded, the motor 29 will stop.
