を連結する継手であって、金属筒管の内周面に上記テー
パ酸ねじに螺合するテーパ酸ねじを形成すると共に金属
筒管の外表面を樹脂被覆し、この樹脂被覆層を、金属筒
管の両端縁よりも更に延設して該延設部の端縁内周に周
状切欠部を形成すると共に、該周状切欠部に粘着性を有
し塑性変形可能なリング状防錆剤を貼着し、被接続管の
連結時に前記防錆剤が樹脂被覆層の端縁に押圧されて塑
性変形しテーパ酸ねじに密着してシールされる構成とし
