Abstract

PURPOSE:A dentrifice agent, obtained by adding an incorporating fine particles or grains of a magnetic material with a dentifrice, and dispersing them uniformly therein, and capable of improving the circulation of blood, and having magnetic treating effect on the roots of teeth. CONSTITUTION:A dentrifice agent obtained by incorporating 5-80wt% fine particles or grains of a magnetic material in a dentifrice agent used by coating bristles set into toothbrushes. The above-mentioned particles or grains have the action of both the magnetic material and the tooth powder, apply good magnetic field remarkably to the teeth to improve the circulation of blood and further have magnetic treating effect on the gum and the roots of teeth. The use of the dentrifrice agent with magnetic brushes consisting of bristles of a magnetic material together gives better effect.

Powdered or medium-sized toothpastes have been used as toothpastes. Some proposals have been made to add agents suitable for the treatment or prevention of dental diseases to the above-mentioned polishing agents. Generally, toothpaste is applied to a toothbrush and used to brush the teeth and gums. Toothpastes containing fluorine or chlorine have been proposed. In these cases, it is known to treat and prevent diseases of the teeth and gums. However, its therapeutic effect is low. It would be desirable to have a drug that reasonably provides a better therapeutic effect, can be applied daily several times a day, and can provide a good cumulative therapeutic effect even when applied several times a day.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The object of the present invention is to provide a magnetic toothpaste containing K, a ferromagnetic material, a permanent magnet, or a mixture thereof. The toothpaste of the present invention consists of a magnetic material in which an appropriate amount of fine powder magnetic material is uniformly dispersed in a conventional powdered or medium-shaped dentifrice or a dentifrice containing an effective and appropriate drug. It is a toothpaste that doubles as toothpaste.

When the magnetic toothpaste of the present invention is mixed at a maximum of 60 to 80 wt% with a toothpaste containing tannin fluoride and silver diamine fluoride, periodontitis, gingivitis, and alveolar hyperplasia were observed. It has been used to treat and prevent problems such as leakage, and it has been found to have a great therapeutic effect.

Furthermore, when the toothpaste of the present invention was used in combination with a magnetic brush (the brush was made of magnetic flocked hair), remarkable effects were observed. Although it is difficult to express these effects quantitatively, we were able to observe quite remarkable good effects.

As already explained, the toothpaste of the present invention contains fine powder of a magnetic substance, and exerts a significantly good magnetic field to improve blood circulation and bring about the effect of magnetic treatment on the flesh, tooth roots, etc. A dental treatment agent such as a fluoride can be mixed into the dentifrice of the present invention. Further, the effect can be further improved by using it in combination with a toothbrush that has bristles such as magnetic filaments of a predetermined length.
