Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable to automatically raise the lower temperature of the hot water in a bathtub by a structure wherein an induction heating means to heat a heating tank connected to the bathtub is equipped. CONSTITUTION:When the power supply is put to work, high frequency current flows in a heating coil 19 connected to a high frequency oscillator, resulting in generating magnetic flux, which flows in a magnetic path made of the second heating tank 13 of a heating tank 12 and magnetic circuit closing member 20 and 20' and generates heat. Because the heating tank 11 is filled with the cold or hot water communicated to a bathtub 16, said water instantly takes away heat by thermal conduction and raises its own temperature. The temperature- elevated cold or hot water moves upward in the heating tank 11 and flows through a connecting hole 12b for outflowing out of the tank 11 into the bathtub 16, resulting in effectively raising the temperature of the cold or hot water in the bathtub 16.

Conventional structure and its problems In recent years, high-rise buildings and apartment complexes have been exposed to the risk of significant human disaster and damage in the event of a gas-related accident such as a gas explosion or gas leak19. In housing complexes and housing complexes, so-called all-electricity, which supplies only electricity to each unit without drawing in gas, is becoming popular due to the benefit of electricity safety. As schematically shown in Fig. 1, the method for supplying hot water to bathtubs in all-electric housing complexes is as follows: hot water heated by an electric water heater 1 is discharged from a hot water faucet 3 through a hot water pipe 2, and then from a cold water faucet. (not shown)
Most of them introduce a suitable amount of hot water into the bathtub 4 by mixing it with water from outside.

In the bathtub 4 of this hot water storage type hot water supply system, if the bathtub 4 is left filled with hot water at an appropriate temperature for initial bathing (for example, 42°C), heat will be radiated from the hot water through the bathtub 4, the floor 5, etc. As time passes, the temperature of the hot water gradually decreases. -r In other words, after one person takes a bath with hot water at a moderate temperature, when another person tries to take a bath after a while, the hot water faucet turns off because the water temperature has dropped from, for example, 42 degrees Celsius to 38 degrees Celsius. If you add hot water from step 3 and the temperature rises, you may experience problems.
In some cases, it may be troublesome and uneconomical to drain some or all of the lukewarm water in the bathtub 4 and then refill the bathtub 4 with hot water at an appropriate temperature.

On the other hand, most of the electric water heaters 1 use cheap late-night electricity to reduce the burden of electricity costs. This late-night power supply to the electric water heater 1 is carried out from night to morning (for example, from 11 PM to 7 AM) by a timer installed at the electric power company, etc., so after a while after the power supply starts, the electric water heater 1 is turned on. High temperature stored in the upper part (e.g. 8
The hot water (6°C) is stirred and mixed with the water in the lower part by heating with a heater, and becomes lukewarm (for example, 36°C) hot water. In other words, if you try to take a bath after a while after the electric water heater 1 starts energizing, and even if you turn on the hot water faucet 3 in the bathroom, only lukewarm water comes out, so you refrain from taking a bath.
This has the drawback of causing problems such as having to endure bathing in lukewarm water.

In the above configuration, when the power is turned on, the high frequency oscillator (
A high-frequency current flows through the heating coil 19 connected to the heating coil 19 (not shown) to generate magnetic flux, and this magnetic flux flows as a magnetic path through the second heating tank 13 of the heating tank 11 and the closed magnetic member 20, 20', and the electromagnetic The second heating tank 13 made of a material with good induction heating effect generates heat due to overcurrent loss and hysteresis loss. Since the heating tank 11 is filled with water or hot water from the bathtub 16, the water or hot water in contact with the inner wall of the second heating tank 13 absorbs the heated heat of the second heating tank 13 by thermal conduction. The temperature rises immediately after taking it away. Since the specific gravity of this heated water or hot water becomes smaller, it moves above the heating tank 11 and flows into the bathtub 16 through the outflow connection hole 12b, and instead, low-temperature water or hot water flows into the inflow connection hole 12a. Once the water flows into the heating tank 11 through the bathtub and is heated, the circulation is repeated, and the temperature of the water or hot water inside the bathtub is efficiently raised. The closed magnetic members 20 and 20' through which the magnetic path passes are made of a ferromagnetic material with high resistivity, such as ferrite, as described above, so they hardly generate heat, and in order to close the magnetic path, To further reduce the heat generation of the adjacent cover 22 made of non-ferromagnetic material and to improve the efficiency of the equipment.

(1) By being equipped with an induction heating means that heats the heating tank connected to the bathtub, it is possible to raise the temperature of the cooled water in the bathtub. To eliminate the trouble, uneconomical cost, and inconvenience caused by raising the temperature to an appropriate temperature, allowing a comfortable bathing experience.

(2) Since the heating means is an induction heating means, the water or hot water will be heated by the induction heat generation of the heating tank itself that comes into contact with it, resulting in extremely high heat exchange efficiency and energy savings. In addition, even if the heating coil and the heating tank, which is a heating conductor, are not in contact with each other, the thermal efficiency will not decrease, and even if the heating coil itself deteriorates in insulation for some reason and leaks current, the heating tank will not be affected. There is no leakage current, so there are no accidents such as electrocution of people taking a bath, and it is safe.
