て、前記感湿素子の近傍に発熱体を配置すると共に、前
記感湿素子及び発熱体を耐熱性樹脂からなる多孔質フィ
ルタを介して内部と外部が連通ずるケーシングに収納し
て構成し、前記発熱体で感湿素子及び多孔質フィルタを
