速度が低速度化した場合、巻取リリールに至るまでの般
送途中において帯状単板に波打ち現象が発生する。該状
態で帯状単板を巻取った場合、波打ちされた単板部分が
折曲されながら巻取られるため、割れ、並びに破断を発
生させる。反対に切削速度に較べ巻取リリールの従転速
度を高速度化した場合、帯状単板はその速度差により生
じる鎖巻取りリールの引張力により上記と同様に割れ、
破断を発生させる。上記割れ、破断は通常帯状単板の繊
維方向に沿って発生するものであり、その…1後側の裁

ベヤ12の搬送速度より若干高速度回転させ、巻取りを
