  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 直流電力を任意の周波数に変換するインバータ装置にお
    いて、 前記インバータ装置を構成する半導体スイッチング素子
    のゲート・カソード間の逆電圧の有無を検出する逆電圧
    検出回路と、前記半導体スイッチング素子のオフ時に、
    前記ゲート・カソード間に逆電圧が発生せず、前記逆電
    圧検出回路の出力が消失したことにより、前記インバー
    タ装置を構成する全ての前記半導体スイッチング素子の
    オンゲート信号を阻止するように構成した回路とからな
    ることを特徴とするインバータ装置の異常停止装置。
