    導電パターンと、各々の正特性サーミスタ素子の他方の
    電極から導出する端子棒と、前記導電パターンから導出
    する端子棒と、絶縁層を介して前記導電パターンに取付
    けた放熱板とを備えた正特性サーミスタ装置。
