    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 、集合住宅から遠隔地に設置され、キー人力信号を電話
    回線に送出するための変調器を備えたデータ入力装置と
    、前記集合住宅の一定の箇所に設置され、電話回線から
    の信号を復調する復調器を備えた親制御装置と、各住戸
    内に設置され、各住戸内の機器を制御すると共にその機
    器の作動状態を゛点検する子制御装置とより成り、その
    子制御装置のインタフェースと前記親制御装置のインタ
    フニー　　　−スを伝送線により接続したことを竺勲す
    る遠隔機器側御装置。
