の考案によるマイクロ波スイッチマトリックスの基本単
位の外観図、第４図は終端開放線路とスロット線路の位
置関係を示す図であり、１は入力カップラ、２はスイッ
チおよび駆動回路、３は入力カップラ終端器、４は出力
カップラ終端器、５は出力カップラ、６は上側誘電体基
板、７は下側誘電体基板、８は接地導体、９は同軸線路
、１０は上側終端開放線路、１１は下側終端開放線路、
１２はスロット線路である。
なお、図中同一あるいは相当部分には同一符号を付して
