However, in the conventional methods, floor heating systems were mainly used, and most of them were based on on-site construction of wiring, piping, etc., and also in panel material systems, in particular, the heat source In addition to requiring more construction work than protection, many parts, especially construction parts, are required for installation to protect the heat source and create strength, which increases construction costs and significantly reduces heating efficiency. It is something that

Particularly in the case of floor panel material systems, it is required to construct this heating mechanism separately in addition to creating the usual floor structure, which significantly increases equipment costs and weakens the floor structure itself. This is what I did.

The present invention effectively utilizes the advantages of such radiant heating, and moreover, the heating system can be used for ordinary wall or ceiling construction, i.e., the partition wall or ceiling panel itself is made into an independent heating panel material. The panel material provides the desired wall or ceiling material with guaranteed heat and sound insulation properties.

In particular, the radiant heating system according to the present invention has not only the characteristics of conventional radiant heating, but also many other characteristics, such as avoiding strong convection during heating, Eliminates heat transfer to the skin surface due to natural heating,
In addition, it eliminates temperature differences within the living room, eliminates the possibility of air pollution, eliminates the need for installation space for a heater, allows the living space to be used more widely, and provides heating means that uses a large amount of radiant heat from a large surface. By doing so, heating which normally feels chilly at temperatures below 20°C can be made to feel sufficiently warm at 16 to 18°C, thereby reducing running costs and at the same time preventing the weakening of the body's cells.

In addition, this system prevents the inconvenience of heating the soles of the feet, and also avoids the inconvenience of having to dig out and repair each failure of the panel material. This makes it possible to devise a quick and low construction cost through one-time replacement.

Furthermore, by reducing the number of on-site construction parts as much as possible and using factory production, we were able to reduce costs by standardizing mass production and manage the installation at a high level. This eliminates all problems such as cracks.

The present invention aims to provide a low-cost heating panel by utilizing gypsum board, which has better formability and is also low-cost, and by making full use of the heat-insulating and sound-insulating properties inherent in gypsum board. Therefore, the cost reduction of heating panels and the cost reduction of construction were only made possible by utilizing the gypsum board.

In addition, in this invention, the circumference of the piping space is usually sealed to eliminate the possibility of air gaps, but after construction, especially with heating, countless cracks were formed on the circumference of the piping. However, in the present invention, there is no room for such cracks to occur or there is no fear that the cracked portion may peel off.

In order to obtain the desired effects of these characteristics, the present invention has the following structure: groove ICs are arranged parallel to each other at regular intervals on one side of the gypsum board 1, and iron ICs are placed on the side thereof. A series of hot water pipes 2 are laid in a meandering manner in the iron IC, and then a gap filling material 3 such as gypsum plaster or gypsum pound is sealed in the groove IC, and the surface is provided with protrusions 1d to 1d. A gypsum decorative board 1' having a gypsum board 1' is placed at a point where the ridges 1d to 1d are fixedly laminated on the gypsum board 1 surface so that they face outward and inward, and in accordance with the gist of this structure. Considerable design changes are planned.

The details of the present invention will be described below with reference to a typical embodiment shown in the drawings. 1 is a core material 1 made of plaster of Paris, an admixture, etc.
This is a gypsum board in which a is covered with paper 1b or other fibrous material, and a groove 1C is formed on one side of the gypsum board 1.
~1C is cut so that the iron 1Cs are connected to each other, and hot water pipes 2 are installed in these grooves 1C to 1C, and the pipes 2
A flexible joint member or coupler is provided at the end of the board 1.

) Another gypsum board 1' or a heat insulating board 4 is laminated and bonded so that a gap filling material 3 such as gypsum plaster or gypsum pound is sealed in the groove 1C into which the pipe 2 is fitted, thereby forming the desired heating panel. It is composed of KA・RU supplementary material 3
This eliminates the occurrence of cracks around the pie 12 during heating and drying, or the loss of the filling material 3.
