Claims (1)
軸からはずれた位置で前記陽極ターゲットに対向して配
置された集束電極、とを備えたX線管において、前記集
束電極の端部に前記陽極ターゲットの回転中心軸からの
法線に対し垂直をなす平面に対称的に傾斜角度を中間に
て変化させて形成した傾斜面と、これらの傾斜面のそれ
ぞれに前記傾斜面の谷底対称軸に対して対称的に穿設し
たフィラメント装着溝と、これら複数のフィラメント装
着溝のたがいに対称的に配設されたものに装着した対別
に形状寸法を異にし、かつその対別に点灯するようにさ
