Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent a seat adjuster for belt fitting from being locally deformed, by installing an auxiliary device which stops the rotation between an upper frame and a belt anchor bracket. CONSTITUTION:When receiving strong force in F direction, a belt anchor bracket 7 receives reaction force in R direction in consequence. This reaction force R acts on a nut member 10 as turning moment in a clockwise direction, causing the bracket 7 to free its rotation, making it separate from a binding part by means of a small projection 7a and an openwork hole 6a. The bracket 7 being set free of rotation turns round till its turning moment produced by contact force with a lower frame 9 comes into a state of being balanced and then supports the tension of a seat belt. Therefore, a U-shaped opposite part between the bracket 7 and the lower frame 9 is uniformly made contact extending over the full length so that seat belt tension is dispersedly supported, thus no concentrated load is imposed on A part.

In order to achieve the above object, the seat adjuster of the present invention is configured such that a belt anchor bracket is attached to the upper frame fixed to the upper rail, and the seat belt is assembled via the belt anchor, and In the seat adjuster, the lower end part is completely folded upward, and the upper end part of the lower 7 frame fixed to the lower rail is folded back downward, and the folded parts of both of the above members are made to face each other to constitute a detachment prevention means. The belt anchor bracket and the belt anchor are rotatably attached to each other, and an auxiliary means for locking the rotation of the upper frame and the belt anchor bracket is provided, and a large impact load is applied to the seat belt VC. The invention is characterized in that when the rotation locking auxiliary means is disengaged, the belt anchor flaket can be rotated relative to the upper frame.

On the other hand, the belt anchor bracket 7 and the upper frame 6 are provided with holes for fitting the nut member 10, respectively, and the nut member 10 is inserted thereinto, and the flange portion of the nut member IO is welded to the upper frame 6. to prevent rotation. Further, a mounting hole 8a is formed in the belt anchor 8 attached to one end of the seat belt 11, the nut member 10 is fitted onto the belt anchor 8, and the belt anchor 8 is pressed down with a mounting pin 12.

In this embodiment, the belt anchor 8, the belt anchor bracket 7, and the upper frame 6 are rotatably attached to each other by pressure as described above, and furthermore, the rotation of the belt anchor bracket 7 and the upper frame 6 is prevented. As an auxiliary means for locking, a small protrusion 7a' is formed on the belt anchor bracket 7 by punching it out with a press, and a through hole 6a is drilled in the upper frame 6 to correspond to this, and the small protrusion 7a is formed through the hole. It is a shallow fit to 6a.

When carrying out the present invention, the auxiliary means for locking the rotation is not limited to the small protrusions and through holes as in this example, but includes, for example, relatively small diameter rivets, bolt nets made of relatively soft material, etc. A member that is easily sheared may also be used. Mourning is
It may be constructed so that it performs a rotation locking action under normal usage conditions, and detaches or breaks when receiving an abnormal impact force to permit rotation.

When the seat adjuster configured as described above is subjected to a strong force in the direction of arrow F shown in FIG. Area A close to is in strong contact. Since the lower frame 9 is attached to the vehicle body side and strongly supported, the belt anchor bracket 7 receives a reaction force in the direction of arrow R.

This reaction force arrow R acts as a clockwise rotation moment on the nut member 10, disengaging the locking portion formed by the small protrusion 7a and the through hole 6a, and allowing the belt anchor bracket 7 to rotate freely. The freely rotatable anchor bracket 7 rotates in a state 1 in which the rotation moment generated by the contact force with the lower frame 9 is balanced, and fully supports the tension of the seat belt. Therefore, the U-shaped facing portions of the belt anchor bracket 7 and the lower frame 9 abut uniformly over their entire length, and the tension of the seat belt is supported in a dispersed manner, so that no concentrated load is generated on the A portion.

Therefore, there is no risk of local deformation occurring in the A section.

FIG. 9 is an exploded perspective view of an embodiment different from the above. In this example, a flange 1J10a, a prismatic surface 10b, and a cylindrical surface 10c are concentrically connected to the nut member 10, and a square hole 6b is bored in the upper frame 6, and a round hole 7b is bored in the belt anchor bracket 7. When constructed in this way and assembled by fitting the square columnar surface 10b into the square hole 6b, the nut member 10fc can be attached without welding to the upper frame 6. There is no risk that 10 will rotate together.

As detailed above, according to the present invention, when a strong tension is applied to the belt anchor bracket, the U-shaped retaining portion, which is a means to prevent the belt anchor bracket from separating from the lower frame, abuts uniformly over the entire length. Distributes the load and eliminates the risk of local deformation.
