一部を弾性薄板とし、該弾性薄板部分に圧電板を貼着し
て振動部分を形成するとともに、前記入口流路及び出口
流路にそれぞれ逆止弁を設け、前記圧電板に交流駆動電
圧を印加して前記容器を膨張・収縮させ、容器を通る物
