Claims

[Scope of utility model registration request]

(1) The hook is locked in the hydraulic latch of the tilt cab, which locks the cab to the frame by engaging a lock pin fixed to either the cab side or the frame side with a hook rotatably provided on the other side. The lock lever is provided with a spring means that always biases the lock lever in the lock direction and a hydraulic cylinder that moves the lock lever in the release direction, and the lock lever is released when the lock pin and the hook are not engaged. A hydraulic latch for a tilt cab, characterized in that it is adapted to be in a released state by means for maintaining it in position.
