本発明は直流電動機のブラシホルダの耐振強度の改良に

端部1d、leを有する。第2図はブラシホルダ1の組
付図である。ブラシ2はブラシリード線3が埋め込まれ
ており、このブラシリード線3は案内溝ICによって2
箇所でガイドされ端末はホルダプレート5へろう付され
る。ブラシスプリング4は渦巻状でスプリングハンガ1
fに固定されブラシ2を押圧する。ホルダプレート5は
図示せぬスタータ内部に固定されリベット6でブラシホ

に外力や大きい振動が加っても、それらの外力や振動を
収納部側壁1aの端部1dと補強部1bの端部1eの2
箇所に分散して保持するのでブラシホルダ1は折損しな
い。それで端部1dを細くして案内溝ICの長さを長く
すればブラシ2の摩耗代を多くとることができる。又、
ブラシリード線3は補強部1bがあるためエンジンの振
動が加わって起こる振幅を規制できるので疲労による断
