【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は自動車等に装着されるプランジャ型電磁継電器
の改良に関するものであり、特に密閉構造タイプの電磁
継電器の端子引き出し部のシール構造に関するものであ
る。

従来、端子部のシールはカバーにグロメットをはめ、該
グロメットにリード線を挿入して行なったり、又はカバ
ーにアイレットをかしめて固定し、該アイレットを中継
点として継電器内部よりの励磁コイル末端部と外部引き
出し用のリード線とをハンダ付けし、ハンダを盛り上げ
てシールを行なったりしている。しかし、上述の従来の
シール方式では、組付方法が複雑で非常に工数がかかり
、又、ハンダが継電器内部にタレで絶縁不良を起す等の
問題があった。

の電磁継電器を提供することを目的とするものである。

よびコイルボビン内に定置したのら、コイルボどン3に
インサート成形されたグランドプレート5の周縁をカバ
ー1と銅板製フレーム2との周縁の間に挾み、フレーム
の周縁をかしめることにより、カバーとフレームを結合
すると同時にボビンをハウジング内に固定している。
