Claims (1)
- 平面的に形成されたステータ本体の表面に複数の凹部が
一定間隔で形成されて成るステータと、パルス信号によ
って励磁されるコイル及び永久磁石を備えるとともに前
記ステータの表面上に移動可能に配設されるヨークとを
備えるリニアパルスモータであって、前記凹部が前記ス
テータ本体の表面にエツチング等により直接形成されて
成るリニアパルスモータ。
