図中、１１は給湯器本体、１３は熱交換器、１５は浴槽
、１６は風呂用給湯管、１７は一般給湯管、１８は分岐

水を浴槽内及び台所、洗面所等に供給する給湯装置にお
いて、上記浴槽に所定水位に至ったことを検知する水位
センサを設けると共に上記熱交換器の出口部に、一端部
が上記浴槽内に湯水を導入する風呂用給湯管と上記台所
、洗面所等に湯水を案内する一般給湯管とに分岐される
分岐管を接続し、該分岐管に上記水位センサに連動して
上記風呂用給湯管及び一般給湯管を開閉自在にする三方
弁を設け、該三方弁を上記風呂用給湯管と一般給湯管と
に同時に湯水を供給する場合に風呂用給湯管に接続され
る出口の口径を一般給湯管に接続される出口の口径より
