Abstract

PURPOSE:To save enormous fuel expense which has been required for heating fresh water by enabling to heat the fresh water to be used as rinsing hot water, by making use of heat possessed by a hot spring led to each hotel with a hot spring service from an outlet of a hot spring source through a main pipe as a heat source. CONSTITUTION:Fresh water fed to a pump 12 by pressure is decompressed through a decompressor 11 and fed into a spiral heat exchanger tube. Said fresh water is heated by heat of a hot spring in a tank 1 while the fresh water is being ascended within a spiral bent part in the spiral heat exchanger tube 4. In addition to the above, the fresh water heated within said spiral heat exchanger tube 4 is discharged on the bottom of the inside of a hot water tank 5 for reserving. The fresh water, moreover, is heated further while it is being ascended within said hot water tank 5. Then the fresh water in said hot water tank 5 is heated sufficiently and fed to each tap from a water supply tube 6. Consequently enormous fuel expense resulting from fresh water heretofore having been heated expressly by boiler, hot-water boiler, etc., can be saved.

Conventionally, hot spring water is drawn from a spout through a main pipe to each hot spring inn, etc., and is once stored in a storage tank, and then gradually sent to a bathtub, etc. from a water supply port provided on the side of the storage tank. However, since the hot spring water sent from the water supply port to the bathtub etc. is small compared to the hot spring water sent from the main pipe, the surplus hot spring water overflows from the storage tank. Moreover, even though this hot spring water had a temperature of about 80°C when it was sent out from the main pipe, it flowed out unnecessarily. On the other hand, what kind of fresh water is used as hot water? However, heating with boilers, water heaters, etc. requires a huge amount of fuel, which is one of the reasons why profits are limited. was.

Therefore, the present invention takes into account the points mentioned in 1-1 above, and makes it possible to use hot spring water, which has conventionally been drained out, and use this as a heat source to heat fresh water used as hot water, etc. This was done in order to save on the enormous amount of fuel that was required to heat the air.

In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a reservoir for temporarily storing the hot spring water sent out from the spout through the main pipe, and gradually sending fresh hot spring water to a bathtub (not shown) etc. from the water outlet 2 provided on the side wall etc. It's a tank. 3 is a main pipe for drawing hot spring water from the sprue to the storage tank. Reference numeral 4 denotes a spiral heat transfer tube disposed below the water surface in the storage tank, and has one end 4a connected to a fresh water supply pipe described later and the other end 4b connected to a hot water storage tank described later. In addition, the spiral heat transfer tube 4 is made of stainless steel, mild steel, etc. with a high thermal conductivity, and is designed to effectively heat Tokyo passing through it with the heat of the hot spring water in the storage tank 1. It is formed by extending vertically from the portion 4a toward the inner bottom of the storage tank 1, and then being bent in a spiral shape to near the upper end of the storage tank. Note that the end portion 4b of the spiral heat exchanger tube opens at the bottom of the hot water storage tank, which will be described later.

The fresh water pumped by the pump [2] is depressurized via the pressure reducer [1] and sent into the spiral heat transfer tube 4. The fire water is heated by the heat of the hot spring water in the storage tank while it ascends the spiral bend in the spiral heat transfer tube 4. The fresh water that is further heated within the spiral heat transfer w4 is discharged and stored at the bottom of the hot water storage tank 5. Note that the fresh water is further heated while rising in the hot water storage tank 5. Then, the fresh water in the hot water storage tank 5 is sufficiently heated and sent from the water pipe 6 to each faucet.
