With the diversification of uses for such foamed plastics,
Combination of different types of foams, i.e. swelling of raw material resins; not only the mouths are different, but even though they are the same raw material resin, foams with different foaming rates, cell structures, additives (for example, 1 ingredients) are combined. The main methods for improving the required quality and color effects are as follows:
Each layer is individually O-molded and then bonded together using an adhesive. However, with this method, it is difficult to select the type of groove contacting agent and to apply it evenly and evenly, and it is difficult to apply it evenly and evenly.
11. Due to the residual molding agent, the optical contact yR
Strength is not obtained, and as a result, peeling often occurs. Not only that, but the laxative applied to the interface is pushed out to the periphery, damaging the product itself and causing stiffness.
It sticks to the inner surface of molds and frames for molding, etc. 11! At the risk of losing quality, such a method cannot be said to be the method that should be used.

The method of foaming the resin in this invention is not particularly limited, and includes conventional methods such as adding a volatile liquid or decomposable foaming agent, blowing air or nitrogen, and creating foam by spraying. There is no problem with using any method, such as a method that uses a reaction product gas, or a method that uses a reaction product gas, and these can be appropriately combined with existing molding methods to carry out foam molding. or added in the form of a masterbatch, such raw resins that have been strained into a film or sheet at a temperature below the decomposition temperature of the blowing agent, crushed or granulated, and foamable. Bead-shaped beads impregnated with Q-nipentane, Freon, etc., such as polystyrene beads, and polyol components such as polyurekne, with addition of a catalyst (III), a blowing agent, a surfactant, etc., are added during molding. Liquid materials that are mixed with cyanate and used for foam molding,
Furthermore, foaming is performed by blowing a foaming agent or gas into the foam.
It can be said that this polyvinyl chloride paste in the form of a paste is desirable as a foaming raw material for the method of the present invention.

Next, fill the bottom of the mold with 100% of A equivalent of such foaming raw materials, average it, and then spread paper on it. Alternatively, add another foaming material with a different type or amount of pigment, and repeat the same operation if necessary.
Form a laminate of two or more foaming materials with paper interposed between the layers, and increase the mold temperature appropriately to complete the foaming and curing reaction. In this case, the paper interposed between the two layers may be either natural fiber or synthetic fiber (synthetic fiber), as long as it is made of fiber that can sufficiently withstand the temperatures required for foaming and curing of the foaming raw material and does not deteriorate. However, there is no problem even if it is a woven fabric or a non-woven fabric. Due to the existence of such paper quality Im, the foamed materials on both sides do not mix with each other, and each has a paper quality. It penetrates into the fiber space of the layer while foaming, becomes strongly intertwined, and hardens. Therefore, the resulting laminated foam does not suffer from the phenomenon that is often seen in the past, such as peeling of the boundary 11 due to insufficient contact between the interfaces of different layers, and furthermore, There is no possibility that the interface will be contaminated and the beauty of the fit will be compromised. Note that the thickness of the paper does not need to be particularly limited, but
Needless to say, it is preferable to use a material that is not subjected to the J11 process (surface coating), etc., in that it does not prevent the foaming raw material from entering.
