Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 常温以上の沸点を有する液体フロンが満される除染槽と
    、上記液体フロン内に浸漬される被除染物に近接しかつ
    被除染物の方向を向いて配置された複数のジェットノズ
    ルと、上記除染槽内の液体フロンを抜出して濾過器、送
    液ポンプ、冷却器、ジェットノズルを通して循環させる
    循環経路と、上記除染槽内の液体フロンを抜出して、蒸
    発器、凝縮器を必須通過装置として循環させる循環経路
    とを有することを特徴とした液体フロンによる噴流除染
    装置。
