圧に相当する第１の基準値及び動作限界電圧に相当する
第２の基準値を上記比較器の基準入力として順次切換え
入力する基準電圧切換回路とを有し、上記基準電圧切換
回路は上記電源電圧が定常電圧から低下して上記警告電
圧になるまで上記第１の基準値を内容とする基準電圧を
上記比較器に送出しかつその後上記電源電圧が上記警告
電圧以下に低下したとき上記第２あ基準値を内容とする
基準電圧を切換え送出し、その結果上記比較器の出力端
に得られる比較出力の論理レベルの変化に基づいて上記
電源電圧が順次上記第１及び第２の基準値以下になった
ことを検出するようにしたことを特徴とする電源電圧監
