筒の高さを逆立姿勢で挿入収納される小型容器の高さよ
りもわずかに大きい値に設定すると共に前記開口部の下
端部間口幅を逆立姿勢となった小型容器の下端外径より
も小さい値に設定し、さらに前記脚筒内部空間の底面を
形成する前記脚板の中央部分に、前記開口部附近に先端
を位置させた押上げ舌片を切欠き成形して成る合成樹脂
