Abstract

PURPOSE:A two-component molding material capable of forming a model or mold having a moderate hardness and excellent dimensional accuracy, comprising a base comprising a mixture of a low-viscosity epoxy resin, a filler, and calcined gypsum and an adjuvant comprising an aqueous solution of a polyamine. CONSTITUTION:A base is prepared by mixing (A) 20-70% low-viscosity epoxy resin of a viscosity, at room temperature, of below 20,000cP, with (B) below 30% medium-light weight filler (e.g., CaCO3), and (C) 70-20% calcined gypsum. Separately, an adjuvant is prepared by dissolving (D) at least one water-soluble polyamine selected from the group consisting of aliphatic polyethyleneamines, aliphatic amidepolyamines, aliphatic adduct polyamines, and heterocyclic polyamines in water. The base is then mixed with the adjuvant, and the resulting mixture is applied to a matrix having a surface coated with a mold release to form a coating layer 2, to which a gypsum slurry layer 3 is applied and cured. The cured gypsum is removed from the mold.

Therefore, the surface of the model mold is gel coated with epoxy resin and banked up with plaster slurry. A method has been taken. Since this method consists of completely different materials, epoxy resin and stone/rT, with different interfaces, extremely complicated measures must be taken to maintain their stability. was there.

Composed as a mixture consisting of 1 stone, aliphatic polyethylene polyamines, or 14-group amide polyamines, adducts of 14-group amide polyamines, adducts of 14-group adducts, heterocyclic polyamines alone or in mixtures, and water. A two-component molding material is provided, in which the main agent and auxiliary agent are stored in separate containers and the main agent and auxiliary agent are mixed and applied to the surface of the model or poured into the matrix during molding. We have set 7 objectives.

As described above, in the present invention, the main ingredient and the auxiliary ingredient are separated and stored in separate containers, so it is possible to mold the mold by simply removing the two ingredients from the container and mixing them at the site. Since the curing agent for the resin and the water that promotes curing of the plaster are separated from the main ingredient and stored in separate containers, it has the advantage of being stored stably for a long period of time.

The epoxy resin that can be used as the main resin is a low viscosity epoxy resin (20,000 cps or less at room temperature).
It does not limit the type of ILM, nor does it limit the type of calcined stone, such as calcium sulfate. Full-time
The i-agent is added for stable curing and improvement of cured physical properties during mixing of two components, and is preferably a medium-light filler. Examples of ψ11 include carbonate, asbestos, Merck, and aluminum powder. The composition of the mixture is not particularly specified, but since the viscosity increases as the mixing ratio of epoxy resin and sealant decreases, it is preferable that 20 to 70% of the composition be made of epoxy resin and 70 to 70% It consists of 20 pieces of stone and oysters, and less than 30% of light and 111 agents, especially baked stone and 1! A room temperature curing type epoxy resin curing agent suitable as an adjuvant packaged separately from the main agent, characterized in that it contains f. The composition is as follows: A total of 24 I-i of the base material is mixed with water, and the composition is as follows. It is sufficient that the water content is at least 1 h or less, and polyethylene,

This invention is not limited to the above blending ratio. 'f In other words, in the first embodiment, the ratio of the main agent to the auxiliary agent is 100:25, but since this is a distribution ratio, the main agent is placed in a container containing 100 λ, and the auxiliary agent is placed in a tea utensil containing 25 λ. If you leave it in place, you can obtain the appropriate mixing ratio just by mixing each container for the batter, which makes the construction process easier as there is no need for troublesome mixing and proportioning.
