ヤフラム４の前記開閉器１６の設置側に板ばね６をこれ
と前記ダイヤフラム４との間に間隔１９を隔てて装着し
、前記受圧室５内の圧力が低いとき、前記ダイヤフラム
４のみが変位して前記開閉器１６及び前記変位変換器１
０を作動させ、圧力が高いとき前記ダイヤフラム４が前
記板ばね６と接触しながら変位して前記変位変換器１０
