Claims

[Scope of utility model registration request]

A device installed in a vehicle equipped with a constant speed driving device that maintains a constant vehicle speed, and detects drowsy driving based on steering operation when the vehicle is detected to be traveling at a predetermined threshold speed or higher. The drowsy driving detecting device according to the invention, further comprising means for lowering the threshold speed when detecting the operation of the constant speed traveling device.
