ブをウォータポンプハウジングとドライブシャフトハウ
ジング間に連接させ、ウォータポンプから送出される冷
却水の一部を、上記チューブとドライブシャフト間の水
路を経てドライブシャフトハウジングから外部へ排出さ
せるようにし、 た冷却水路を備えた船外機において
、上記チュー゛ ブの外周面にスカート状ウォータガイ
ドを配設するとともに、その下端をウォータポンプハウ
ジング上方に近接位置させ、かつウォータガイドと上記
チューブ間に環状リードバルブを配設し、さらに該リー
ドバルブの上方に位置するチューブに細孔を穿設し、も
って上記冷却水路中の冷却水の一部を細孔からリードバ
ルブを経てウォータポンプ、 ハウジング上に散布させ
るようにしたことを特徴とするウォータポンプハウジン
