【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、コンクリート壁躯体の一側又は両側に位置し
てなる型枠兼用外面部材の一方又は双方の部分又は全部
に透視材料を用いることによりコンクリート打設後の型
枠内部におけるコンクリート充填状態を外部から確認す
ることのできるコンクリート壁構造を提供せんとするも
のである。

方又は双方の部分又は全部に透視材料を用いたものであ

本発明の詳細を更に図示した実施例に基づき説明すると

成樹脂発泡板などの断熱部材2を配し、内面側に透視材
料6としての中空パネル例えば各部分は硬質部材の押出
し成形で形成され、内部に中空部を有するバネ/L/i
配置し、このバネ/L’を透明の材料又は半透明材料で
形成することにより型枠兼用外面部材の一方の全部に透
視材料を配置した構成例が示されている。第1図の@は
、この内面側の中空パネル4に代えて透視可能な材料例
えば透明な各種合成樹脂板5を配した実施例である。第
2図はコンクリート1の外面側に第1図と同様な合成樹
脂断熱板2を配し、内面側に外面側と同様な又は他の適
当な断熱板やベニア板、内装材等適当な部材6が配され
、その部材間に前記した中空バネ/l/4を介在させ、
部分的に透視材料6を設定した実施例である。この部分
的な透視材料6としての第2図の実施例は、中空バネ/
L/4の両側端に側方の型枠兼用外面部材6を挾持する
為の挾持溝7t−設け、もって全体として型枠兼用外面
部材としての板材を構成させ外面側の合成樹脂断熱板2
などの型枠兼用外面部材との間でコンク−リート打設空
間を形成し、コンクリート打設後は、この部分的な透視
祠料即ち中空バネ/I/6部をとおして内部を確認した
うえで、この透視材料表面へ目地8などを充填した実施
例である。第8図のものは第2図における中空バネiv
4に対し、1枚の透視板9を設定した状態である。第4
図並びに第5図はこの部分的に透視材料を用いたときの
各実施例を示すもので、第4図のものは内部を1つの中
空部10とし、その両側端に型枠兼用外面部材6の側端
を、かかえる為の凹溝11を形成したものであって、透
明材料を用いて押出し成形すれば本発明における透視材
料として用いることができる。又第5図のものは両側の
型枠兼用外面部材をかかえる溝11内面に向けて爪12
を立設し、又透視材料表面に形成された凹溝両側にも爪
を立設することで両側端の型枠兼用外面部材の側端に喰
込んで、その挾持を完全ならしめると同時に透視材料表
面の凹溝へ目地材や他の部材を装填したときにも、この
部材の抜は止めをなすものである。

コンクリート壁各部に対する問題個所を補修したりする
のが容易になるうえにコンクリート壁の強度を完全に保
持させると同時に、これらの各部材はコンクリート外面
部材として位置し更にその表面上に内装材や外装材を適
宜取付けることで型枠と外面部材とを同時に用い、しか
も内部確認を可能にしてコンクリート打設を完全化する
と同時にコンクリートの強度維持をなさしめるものであ
る。
