Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）全周面にわたり適宜間隔をおいて多数の孔が全面
    的にわたり設けられて対向配置される一対のエンドレス
    ベルト８，８′　と袋を挟着して連続移動し開口するた
    めに該一対のエンドレスベルト８．８′が掛は渡され下
    方においてやや間隔をあけ、上方に向うに従い間隔を狭
    （して遂に互いを密着せしめ再び間隔を次第に離すよう
    に上下に配置される各一対ずつのベルトプーリー３．　
    ４．　５．　６．　７．　３’、　　４’、　　５’、
    　　６′、７′と前記間隔が次第に離れる傾斜位置のエ
    ンドレスベルト８．８′の裏面に設けられる吸気タンク
    １３．１３’と上方位置で待機し、先端開閉するマンド
    レルガイド１７．１７’と、前記ベルトプーリ６．６′
    の上方において前記マンドレルガイド１７．１７’の側
    面と接したり離れたりして袋を前記マンドレルガイドに
    そって上昇せしめるための揺動作用する一対のロール１
    ２．１２’　とを備えることを特徴とする袋の開口並び
    に開口保持装置。
  2. （２）　　前記一対（７）ロール１２．１２’をマンド
    レルガイド１７．１７’の側面と接したり離したりする
    ためにエアシリンダー３０の作用で可動板２７を上下動
    させ連続杆２６．２６’をへてＬ型レバー２４．２４’
    を介して軸２５．　２５′を中心に回動するようにロー
    ル１２．１２′を取りつけてなる実用新案登録請求の範
    囲第１項記載の袋の開口並びに開口保持装置。
